Mandarin Oriental Mayfair, London
Located on Hanover Square, Mayfair’s oldest square is set to be reborn with the arrival of luxury hotel group Mandarin Oriental’s new Mayfair outpost. 
A celebration of the group’s renowned prestige and high class, the hotel welcomes guests with its contemporary interiors and vibrant atmosphere. As expected, the rooms will be reminiscent of the group’s five-star status, boasting a warming palette that reflects the surroundings of the hotel.
The Spa at Mandarin Oriental Mayfair will offer Londoners a peaceful oasis from city life, featuring an indoor 25-metre swimming pool, sauna, vitality pool, relaxation room and wellness treatments. 
On the food front, the hotel welcomes internationally acclaimed Michelin-starred chef, Akira Bak. Drawing on his Korean heritage and travels, the restaurant will specialise in modern Japanese fare.

Treehouse Hotel, Manchester
Fancy swinging from the treetops in Manchester? You can do all that and more at the Treehouse Hotel group’s new spring launch. 
If you’re well acquainted with Treehouse’s London venture, you’ll already know how beautifully aesthetic this place is. Their Manchester outpost hopes to bring that same carefree, childhood nostalgia to life with every visit. 
Opening in Spring 2023, the hotel is located just moments from the city centre, boasting colourful rooms, suites and adjoining family rooms. 
Heading up the ground floor restaurant is Mary-Ellen McTague, offering a menu of traditional breakfast treats, grab-and-go and all-day dine-in dishes with the best of British produce. While Sam Grainger will be taking over the 14th-floor destination restaurant and stand-alone bar, offering an array of South-East Asian-influenced menus. 
No Treehouse Hotel is complete with The Nest, a cosy bar and lounge with stunning views over the cityscapes.

The Bracken Hide, Isle Of Skye

Taking glamping up a notch is The Bracken Hide, a new four-star luxury wilderness resort in the heart of Isle of Skye. 
Home to 45 luxury en-suite cabins, each cabin is complete with individual decking outdoor space, underfloor heating for the cooler nights, power showers and Harris tweed headboards. 
Forget what you think you knew about glamping as the resort takes everything to the next level, boasting an on-site restaurant, whisky bar, plunge pool, sauna and cinema room.

Mollie’s, Manchester
Taking over Manchester’s Old Granada Studios next year will be Mollie’s, the British hotel and diner group. Created in partnership with Soho House and developed by Allied London, this will be the third and largest site from the company so far. 
The city centre property will echo Mollie’s work, stay and play motto, complementing high-energy interiors with a lively atmosphere. Home to 130 rooms, expect everything from large suites and studios to bunk and family rooms. 
As well as the rooms, there’ll be Mollie’s signature diner-style restaurant, an extensive cocktail bar with live music, private event spaces, a lounge bar and deli, a private workspace and an outdoor heated terrace, spread across seven floors. The top three floors will boast Manchester’s Soho House, a swimming pool and club.

No. 42 by GuestHouse, Margate

Setting up shop in the quirky seaside town of Margate will be Guest House Hotels. Bringing their lively attitude and attention to detail, No.42 Margate will boast 21 bedrooms, a restaurant, a rooftop and a spa. 
Bringing all of Margate’s quaint charm to life through its interiors, this Victorian building looks out over the sea, with close access to Turner Contemporary and the town.

The Hobson, Cambridge

Opening up early next year, The Hobson will sit inside a Grade II listed building a short walk from Parker’s Piece. 
Brought to life by the Rogue City Hotel Group, this luxury hotel will be home to 65 spacious suites, complete with the group’s renowned charisma and class. Think signature mini-kitchens, beautiful designs, handcrafted beds, Egyptian linen and huge walk-in showers.
