How do you like your cookies? Personally I like mine a little crisp on the edges but warm, gooey and soft in the middle, so that they basically melt in your mouth. If, like me, you’re a self-confessed cookie monster, I’ve had the incredibly hard task of sampling London’s cookie offerings to find out which are the ultimate must-tries in the capital.
From Instagram favourite Crème to vegan specialists Floozie Cookie, here’s where to get your cookie fix in London.
Crumbs & Doilies
Prepare yourself for sweet treats and cookie porn when you visit Kingly Court’s Crumbs & Doilies. It’s by far one of London’s biggest and best independent places to stock up on your favourite sweet delicacies, including their ever-growing cookie selection.
Their goods are baked fresh every day using the finest quality ingredients available. Their New York baked cookies are legendary – think thick fluffy pillows that crumble in the mouth. Choose from their moreish flavours include Nutella, birthday cake, Bueno, Biscoff or sample their vegan raspberry dark choc.

Floozie Cookie
Who said vegans had to miss out on all the cookie action? Floozie is the place to go for vegan cookies.
Created by pastry chef Kimblerly Lin, the cookies here are hefty, stuffed with your favourite fillings and flavours. Go traditional with their homemade blonde chocolate chunk cookie that’s packed with milk and dark chocolate pieces, stuffed with soft chocolate ganache and topped with a chocolate melt. Or, try something autumnally seasonal with their pecan pie – it’s a butterscotch cookie dough with toasted pecans and stuffed with soft date caramel.
Floozie is the place to go for vegan cookies.

Crème
You’ll have seen this one sported all over your social media feeds and we’re here to confirm that the hype is indeed worth it. Race down to Crème in Soho to feast on their selection of the thickest cookies in the capital.
These guys became hugely popular during the lockdowns for their delivery service but you can also catch them at the action at their London branch on D’Arblay Street. Created by executive chef Damien Leroux, the cookies are packed with chocolatey fillings. Go traditional with their milk chocolate number and you will not be disappointed.

Ben’s Cookies
For those wanting fuss free cookies that are stacked with the all-important chocolate chunks, look to Ben’s Cookies. You’ll find their little hatches propped open all over the city, welcoming visitors with open arms. Expect oozy chocolate with a crisp, yet soft bite.
Walk away clutching one (or three) of their cookies – we love the triple chocolate chunk which does all it says on the tin. For those wanting something without the chocolate try the coconut or the caramelised crunch – super delicious even without the choc.

Whipped London
Located in Covent Garden, these guys are renowned for their cheesecake, but they whip up a great batch of cookies too. Head over to try their giant cookies that are loaded with all of the best flavours, including our favourite – the red velvet and white choc chunk.
Don’t forgo trying out their cheesecakes either. Created by ‘the world’s biggest cheesecake fan’, you know you’re in for a real indulgent treat.

Blondies Kitchen
Selfridges Food Hall frequenters will already know about this foodie gem, but for those who don’t, make sure you stop off at Blondies Kitchen next time you are in central London for a cookie that’s sure to impress.
Baked fresh in store, all of their cookies are made by hand using organic ingredients. The business was set up by two blonde foodies and professionally trained chefs, Kristelle and Chelsie, and has since gone on to wow Londoners with their sweet bakes.
Try the Bueno from the Block for a hazelnut hit.

Humbledough
Plant-based munchers, look to Humbledough for your cookie supplier. Located at BOXPARK Shoreditch, they are London’s first vegan cookie scratch bakery that serves up a range of cookies and raw cookie dough.
