But then she proceeded to spend the entire interview talking about boobs, revealing some rather eloquent opinions about the whole matter of toplessness.
For instance, when Kimmel asked Cyrus what her dad, Billy Ray Cyrus, thought of her whole schtick, she responded, “He’d rather have me have my tits out and be a good person than have a shirt on and be a bitch.” Preach Miley, preach.
