Sesame seed rice balls

How happy will you be if your bento lunch looks like this! It’s All about that artful food. Sesame seed rice balls perk up any party! Roll glutinous rice balls in sesame seeds. Compact the sesame seedsinto the glutinous rice balls by rolling them between your two palms. Heat about 1½ inches (4cm) deep vegetable oil in a medium sized saucepan over medium heat. Gently lower 4 glutinous rice balls into the hot oil and fry until golden brown. Note: You want to use short grain brown rice - use short grain brown Japanese rice, sometimes labeled sushi rice. Long grain rice doesn't work as well. Arborio rice works well too.
