As our treats are made few days before shipping, we require 1-2 week processing time before shipping.
Concerning food allergy. All of our cakes are made to order using fresh ingredients. We bake with flour, eggs, and milk, and our frosting may contain cream cheese. We coat our cake pops with chocolate, white chocolate and colored chocolate that may have been made in facilities that process nuts, and we sometimes use nuts and seeds (like peanuts, almonds, and sunflower seeds) to bake and to decorate with.
We truly enjoy preparing cake pops for your event. However, because our product is perishable and entirely consumable we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. We hope that you can understand that once our product leaves us, it cannot be resold and wet are unable to refund our fee.
During the hot summer months (May – October) It is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED that you ship Overnight, to minimize the risk of cake pops melting.
