-I recently attended a conference at the John Wood Hotel in Abuja and my experience was nothing short of disappointing. The hotel boasted of its luxurious facilities and high-level service but my stay was far from that. I had my phone stolen at the conference and to my dismay, the hotel management did nothing concrete about it.

I expected a hotel with such high standards to offer sufficient security measures to ensure the safety of its guests. However, I was let down as it seemed like the hotel management did not take my complaint seriously. I reported the incident immediately to the front desk, hoping that the hotel would be able to track down the thief and recover my stolen phone. However, after a few days of following up on my lost phone, I realized that nothing much was being done to resolve the issue.

In addition to that, the hotel staff appeared somewhat indifferent to my plight and their customer service was far from satisfactory. This was truly frustrating, especially considering the amount of money I spent on my stay at the hotel.

Overall, my experience at the John Wood Hotel in Abuja was a poor one, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. If you value safety and excellent customer service, you may want to consider other options when choosing a hotel to stay in Abuja.
