This workout is for the entire body. It will help tone, and burn fat at the same time. You should repeat this workout twice, and run 1 mile in between the rounds or do this short cycle routine to add a little bit of extra cardio. 

Jump roping is always another good cardiovascular option to get your heart pumping. If you don’t have a jump rope you can substitute high knees.
