We will start this workout with a long cardio workout. Before you begin complete the usual 5 reps of leg raises and 5 reps of knee raises. You should aim to increase your workout every week by 1 rep.

If you don’t like cycling you can substitute the cycling for a 6.5 trail run. Sometimes bringing your workout outdoors can be rejuvenating.
