To begin the workout we will start with 10 reps of pull ups 5 x leg raises and 5 X knee raises.
This is a really challenging style of workout. It is an interval workout. It builds and challenges your strength, muscle endurance and cardiovascular endurance.
If you don’t have a treadmill you can substitute jump roping, high knees or today’s workout for the running. Of course you can always get outside too!
