Entering the property you feel like you can literally step out onto the ocean – it’s hard to tell where the pool ends and the ocean begins.

The property sleeps up to 10 guests across 5 bedrooms, the pinnacle of which is the King master suite encompassing the entire top floor, complete with its own terrace and rooftop spa, huge open plan ensuite and separate dressing room. Quite simply breathtaking.
The additional bedrooms are all on the lower level and all have Double beds. Two of the four bedrooms have their very own ensuite with shower, while the others share a suitably luxurious and spacious bathroom with deep bathtub and rain shower.
Full floor to ceiling windows across the entire ground floor look out onto your own private rainforest. Electric blinds in all rooms can be lowered if preferred.
The rest of the ground floor is given over to two lounge areas, one of which is a media room with huge curved-screen TV that can be closed off via sliding doors to create a cinematic experience. Light filters in through huge double-storey side windows and underwater windows in the pool above.
The entrance level comprises the main living area with fully retractable sliding doors that open out to the spacious terrace and infinity pool. Take a front-row seat and take in the migrating whales, starry nights, soothing surf, and golden sunrises.

Access to the Noosa National Park and the beach are a short stroll away.
