Kim her supposed ex Kanye, 44, have been feuding and her new boyfriend Pete Davidson, 28 has not escaped the fumes.
The rapper previously called Pete a “d**khead,” accused him of “destroying” their family, and threatened to “beat his a**.”
Recently, the hitmaker claimed that his former partner cannot prove that he wrote those alleged social media posts.
According to legal documents obtained by TMZ, Kanye claimed the alleged social media posts against her and her boyfriend are inadmissible in the upcoming hearing.
While the TV personality has petitioned to restore her legally single status, Kanye’s lawyer claimed those posts are “double hearsay.”
The attorney continued: “Kim claims she read something online allegedly by Kanye and characterizes the posts in her declaration as misinformation.
Kim needed to offer the social media posts into evidence, and show that the posts were written by Kanye.”
The legal documents never stated that Kanye did not write the post, but argued Kim has not proven that he wrote them himself.
Kanye’s lawyer also claimed their prenup cannot be viewed as valid and argued that there’s a presumption in California that prenups signed after 2001 are invalid.
KEEPING IT SINGLE
Kanye and his argument over their prenup will cause major delays in Kim’s attempt to become legally single.
After nearly seven years of marriage, Kim filed for divorce from the controversial artist in February 2021.
