I’m talking about that soft, fluffy, “healthy” loaf of bread sitting on your kitchen counter right now.

That bread is not food.

It is a **chemical weapon**, disguised as comfort.

A slow-motion heart attack wrapped in a crust.

### 🚨 THE TRUTH NOBODY WANTS TO HEAR:

We grew up thinking bread was this sacred symbol of life.

Breakfast without bread? *Sacrilege.*

Lunch without bread? *You poor sod.*

Dinner without bread? *You’re broke or religious — either way, suspicious.*
