
Blend 4 cups of Bean flour with tatashe (don’t have it? Swap it with paprika), 1/2onion and 1 cup of crayfish and enough water to achieve a smooth paste. You should have the consistency of melted icecream.
Add 2 spoons of heated palm oil to the mix
Add 1/2 or 1 tin of corned beef
Add up to 5 cubes of Maggi or chicken stock seasoning to the mix
Add 1 raw egg
Add melted butter
Pour batter into an oven tray to make a moi moi roll up or pour in various plastic cups with a lid and bake in the oven for 20 mins.
Sprinkle finished product with parsley or spring onions
