Chrissy Teigen is known for being publicly open and upfront about her appearance, from posting Instagrams of her stretch marks to voicing her body image insecurities. In a recent interview, the model continued her streak of transparency and got real about plastic surgery.

I’m not shy talking about that sort of thing,” Teigen continued, in her classic straightforward fashion. “I have no regrets.”

The craziest cosmetic procedure she’s ever done? “I had my armpit sucked out,” she revealed. Nine years ago, Teigen underwent liposuction that “added two inches of length” to her arms. She admitted that it wasn’t a necessary surgery, but it gave her confidence for wearing sleeveless shirts.

‘[That fat] is coming back though, so I might need to go in and pay for it again,” she joked.
