Beyonce releases a new song in honor of her Anniversary

Beyoncé celebrates her 9th anniversary with husband Jay Z today, and to celebrate the occasion, she’s got a gift for all of us. The Queen just released a new song and music video for a heartfelt ballad titled “Die With You,” along with a playlist of love songs on Tidal.
The track is a minimalist piano ballad featuring Bey’s gentle vocals and riffs. Earlier this afternoon, she previewed the song and its loved-up lyrics on Instagram. “I don’t need air in my lungs if I can’t sing your song,” one reads. “I don’t really need these fingers if I don’t get to touch your spine,” another one says.

The music video is just as beautiful as the song. Bey shares some intimate moments with Jay Z through a series of home videos, from their dating years, their wedding in 2008, Blue Ivy’s birth, Bey’s second pregnancy and all the sweet moments in between.

The playlist is the cherry on top. Cleverly titled “IV Ever Ever” (as in, forever ever), the 63-song collection includes romantic tracks from Sade, Marvin Gaye, Kanye West, Aretha Franklin, Aaliyah, Frank Ocean, Michael Jackson, Nina Simone and more.
So yeah, Beyoncé just won the anniversary gift game.
