Two thousand and twenty is a year of incredible, nourishing, healing food here at BWS. As always striving for balance, we’re recalibrating this month with our monthly detox program.
As always, it follows the basic elimination diet rules: no caffeine, alcohol, dairy, gluten, corn, nightshades (tomatoes, eggplants, peppers, potatoes), soy, refined sugar, shellfish, white rice, or eggs. The nos are replaced with nutrient-dense leafy greens, cruciferous veggies.
Follow this simple plan to remain nourished, younger and healthy looking.
During the challenge, light exercising is recommended but NOT necessary.
Repeat steps monthly to lose 8-20 lbs (3.5-8 kg) cleanse your body of toxins, get rid of bloating, improve your skin, increase energy and reset your taste buds to naturally desire #healthyfoods!
Drink plenty of water during the day to stay hydrated. You can also drink herbal teas.
1)*3 to 5 days no cooked food*
2)Drink 1 cup of warm water with lemon every 2hrs
3) Fruit and vegetable juices in between the two hrs
4) Green tea
5) 5 tabs of Garcinia daily ( as two doses 3 and then 2)
6) incoperate garlic, ginger, Avacado, beetroot, celery and Tumeric (not more than 1/3 teaspoon a day, please), Cinnamon in salads or juices
